Billie Davies to offer Vinyl records with her latest release "Retrospectives (In The Key Of Jazz)"

Billie Davies will be offering her physical merchandise, such as CDs and Vinyl records, with the help of a new model offered by Elastic Stage, https://elasticstage.com/billiedavies. Named one of the Iconic Female Jazz Drummers in 2022, Billie Davies is best known for her free improvisation, avant-garde and avant-garde jazz music since the mid-1990s, and her improvisational drumming techniques she has performed in Europe and in the United States.

The "Retrospectives" music release is a retrospective of never before published music created during a 6 year period of Free Improvisation, Avant-garde music. The album's art was painted by To D. (To Dotage), Billie Davies' sister in Belgium, and was created exclusively with the music on the album in mind.
These musical works of art are some of the favorite moments of what happened around Billie Davies in Hollywood, Los Angeles and New Orleans between 2012 and 2018, resulting in this unplanned music, improvised and expressed with full passion and intensity straight from the heart and the soul. This music was mostly recorded by Mike Davies during rehearsals. Only the very in-crowd got to ever hear these.
Billie Davies persistently asks the audience to go on a journey with her, one in which the unexpected, the truly new, is always welcomed. 

I want to end up with music that is not written down but is felt and expressed at that moment of playing, of recording, of performing, of expressing. This deliberate moment of choices, chances and inspirations may become a specific type of music, but it never ends up being a predetermined or planned music, the notes played are never written down. I just want to end up with something where I hear unexpected, emotional, passionate, challenging music never heard before. Billie Davies.
