Since 1995, Cobra Basement exists to manage the music, discography, PR and fine art collection of jazz drummer and composer Billie Davies. Cobra Basement serves as the central hub for her music production, album releases, and global distribution, while managing all aspects of her public relations and strategic representation and managing her fine art collection.
